1. Prize game
The prize game "Win a luxurious spa getaway for two at V Spa Hotel!" (hereinafter the campaign) is a consumer game taking place from 28 August 2026 to 27 November 2026 at www.hookusbookus.com, organized by OÜ Hotelweb, registry code 11562273, postal address Ehitajate tee 114, Tallinn (hereinafter the organizer).
2. Participation
2.1. In order to participate in the campaign, the participant must subscribe to the newsletter.
2.2 All residents of the Republic of Estonia and Latvia who are at least 18 years old may participate in the campaign, except for the employees of Hookusbookus.com and their family members.
3. Prize
3.1 The prize of the campaign is:
3.1.1 Luxurious romantic package for two at V Spa Hotel.
4. Procedure for drawing prizes:
4.1 The prize draw will take place on 27 November 2026.
4.2 Procedure for awarding prizes:
4.2.1 The winner will be contacted at the email address provided upon subscribing.
4.2.2 If the winner does not meet the terms and conditions of the campaign established by the organizer or has participated in the campaign in violation of its rules or has not withdrawn the prize in time, the organizer has the right not to award them the prize and draw a new winner.
5. Procedure for the realization of the prize:
5.1 The prize can be realized by 27.11.2027 from Sunday to Friday according to the availability of hotel rooms. The prize is not valid on special events, on public and school holidays
6. Other provisions
6.1 The organizer has established the procedure for conducting the campaign under these rules. All decisions of the organizer during the campaign are final and binding on all participants in the campaign.
6.2 In the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the campaign by a participant of the campaign or in the event of submitting false or inaccurate information about the participant to the organizer, as well as in the event of other circumstances which did not occur due to the fault of the organizer, the organizer is not responsible for the participant’s exclusion from drawing the winners or their failure to be present at the time of rewarding the prizes. In the event of force majeure, the organizer has the unilateral right to cancel the campaign and not to draw the prizes, and/or not hand over the prizes to the winners.
6.3 All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia. Complaints must be submitted to the organizer no later than one month after the end of the campaign.
6.4 By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees to the organizer:
– publishing their name in the public media;
– covering the drawing of lots and the reception of prizes in the public media (internet, etc.);
– in the future, sending to their email address information about the products and offers of the organizer and its related companies.
